This project explored the idea of visualizing music. Based around the indie artist John Roseboro and his songs, I practiced creating visuals that represented and enhanced the feelings and effects of the music.

All of this lead to the animation above. Made from Roseboro's songs "The Empress" and "Johanna" I used a combination of found media, drawn animation and sculpture to match general balance and stripped back feeling of the songs, while using narrative and composition to hit the special impactful moments.
